Just before midnight yesterday, paramedics were called to Beyonce’s trailer on the New Jersey set of her new film “Cadillac Records” — but it was her mom, Tina Knowles, who needed the medical attention.

Matthew tells us Tina’s blood pressure was a little high and she was checked out by medics — but she was not transported.

Poor paramedics… you know someone was hoping to give B mouth to mouth.

Part 5 - Discusses Irv/Ja (makes fun of the Body track by imitating Irv and Ja on “Gotti’s Way”), clowns Gotti’s show, his trial, Says he’s gonna buy Ja’s house and make it a museum, clowns Kanye a bit - but gives condolences, talks about Def Jam 4th quarter releases, Busta Rhymes. Clowns his own teeth, and Banks chin. Begins shouting out albums.

Part 6 - Shouts out more albums (Styles P, Freeway, Ghostface, Birdman, Gucci Man), Wu-Tang beef, Small shots at the Rick Ross/Khaled combo videos (WE DEPRESSED!), Clowns Fat Joe, Clowns Oprah (again) (gets cut off)

Part 7 - Discusses celebs adopting African kids, his crew getting money, his house, label firings, Whoo Kid licking Kimora’s ass, discusses Kim vs Remy beef — says he likes both, and both are hard.

In an interview with hhnlive, Diplomats producer Digga speaks on the old Beyonce and Cam issue (where Cam wrote a hook that had B singing about slingin crack — which Cam later used as a shot to Jay) .

The funny thing is, Cam did write that hook about slingin crack but Beyonce got a check and she muscled Cam out of some of his publishing and writer credits too. So, who really won? That’s the part he doesn’t want to tell you

I wasn’t in the studio when he recorded it. 50 recorded that song 2 years prior to its release when he didn’t have a record deal. That track went through Nas and Cam’s hands before 50 got a hold of it. I remember being on the phone with 50 for about 2 hours talking about his plans for Yayo, Banks and his whole plan. That’s why I really respect 50 because he saw the vision for G-Unit early on. He told me he was definitely using the song on his album but I didn’t believe him because I hear that all the time. Sha Money XL played it for me and I thought it was crazy but I didn’t think Dr. Dre would like it. Once I started getting calls from A&Rs and industry people who had heard about the song, I knew the song was gonna be something special. I’m proud of the song’s success but I’m most proud of how many people it has reached across the world. I get people from Africa and South America emailing about Many Men.
