So for the tenth (literally) time now, Foxy’s “BK Don Diva” has gotten pushed back. The album will be released sometime this spring instead of Tuesday as planned. It’s said the move was made in order for Foxy to be a free woman to promote her album (which is probably the REAL reason she begged a judge to be released early).

Did Styles get pushed back this many times…?

Foxy is trying every trick in the book to be let out of jail early. She’s claimed she was scared for her safety, that her stay isn’t helping to rehabilitate, and now that her ear needs medical attention:

“I ask you to please take into consideration that my health is in jeopardy,” Brown wrote in a four-page handwritten letter to Judge Melissa Jackson. The letter was part of an appeal filed late on Tuesday at New York State Supreme Court.

“Yes, I’ve made some bad choices and stupid mistakes. But please understand that sitting in a prison with murderers and criminals is not rehabilitating or what I need to deal with my inner issues.”

Brown (AKA Inga Marchand) was sentenced in October 2006 to three years probation after assaulting two nail salon stylists over a $20 manicure. But in September Jackson ruled that Brown was not taking probation seriously and sentenced the rapper to one year behind bars.

Then in October authorities said Brown received 76 days in isolation in jail after getting into a shoving match with another inmate and refusing to do a drug test.

Brown’s lawyer said in court papers that Brown’s ear condition makes continued incarceration unfair. In January 2006, Brown underwent surgery to have an electronic device implanted in her right ear to reverse “profound hearing loss,” Dilimetin said.

“If her hearing is damaged any further, it will affect the way she hears and it will affect the way she sings. It will have dire consequences on her ability to maintain her profession and livelihood,” Dilimetin said.

As if the washed-up rapper hasn’t given us enough to point and laugh about, foxy - who was released early from solitary confinement yesterday - revealed that her time spent in the hole made her stronger and that she cried:

“I probably cried the entire Thanksgiving,” she revealed. “I spoke to my entire family, but I was boo-hooing like a baby. We were served what would be considered sweet potatoes, collared greens and turkey, but it wasn’t anything like my mother’s cooking. I was really, really depressed all day.”

Yeah bitch, whose fault is that? We didn’t tell you to beat anyone with a blackberry. We didn’t tell you to attack the hairstylists that were honest enough to tell you your weave was fucked up. We didn’t tell you to violate probation numerous times. Once locked up, we didn’t tell you to go beating on inmates. Did you think it would be fun?

Foxy divulged that she hopes to be a spokesperson for the National Association of the Deaf when she is released. The rapper suddenly went deaf in 2005 but claims her hearing has improved significantly.

Aww… touching. Although I don’t know anything worse than being deaf and in jail, she’ll never hear the rape coming.

After a slew of run-ins with the law — while on probation — leading to her subsequent jailing on Riker’s Island, a judge sentenced Foxy Brown to a year in prison today. The judge rejected her apology letter after her probation officer and arresting officer testified against her.

Is anyone surprised? Inga’s been asking for it for a minute now. And an APOLOGY LETTER? Is THAT the best she could come up with? Well ya failed bitch. Even though I think she got off extremely easy (I’d probably get more than a year for bashing someone with a cell phone, and that’s just the tip of her fucked up iceberg), I hope the rumors of her being pregnant aren’t true, ’cause she’ll be giving birth in the slamma. Peace bitch.

Foxy’s not having a good year (or years) is she? I mean, she lost her hearing, beat up a couple nail & hair stylists, got robbed (and jumped), got caught driving out of state without permission, missed multiple probation and anger management appointments and got dropped from Def Jam. With an album (supposedly) coming up, the obvious next step is to beat the shit outta someone with a Blackberry isn’t it? Obviously.

Foxy’s judge was not amused:

Rapper Foxy Brown was ordered back to Rikers Island today, after a Manhattan judge apparently had enough, and ordered the three-months-pregnant rapper to serve time for violating her probation, reports our friends at TMZ.

Reportedly, Foxy will remain in jail at least until her next scheduled hearing date of September 7th. Foxy had been on probation on assault charges, however, not one, but two incidents in the past weeks, were deemed to be violations of her probation, and Judge Jackson remanded her back to jail.

A source told TMZ that Foxy’s face was “priceless” when the judge handed down her decision from the bench, and that Foxy as well as her lawyer did not expect to have jail time imposed.

Yeah, I bet. You all see what’s going on here right? Apparently they don’t listen to you when you ask nicely to get sent to jail, so Foxy had to do what she had to do to get what she wanted. Don’t hate her folks, they forced her hand!
